Just like the other reviewers, I am thrilled to find Mike. Having lost my previous service person that I trusted completly I read the reviews for Pool Sharks and then called Mike. He talked me out a more expensive pump replacement because it wasn't really what I needed. Found my new pool guy! Thanks Mike!

My first phone call to Mike resulted with him just giving me advice over the phone where I could fix a few things myself, at no cost. After doing these things and finally getting my pool semi-clean after months of issues, my pump starting leaking. I attempted to fix it, but did not have the experience to deal with the several issues the pump had ( I only thought it was the shaft seal). Mike came out, replaced 3 different parts on the pump, and also fixed my back-wash valve. Now my pool has stayed sparkling clean since he came out. His costs are very reasonable. I plan to get my pump and DE filter replaced next summer - I hope Mike has time on his schedule to do the work, because he is my first choice !

Called Mike this morning because my pool pump sounded like a chain saw. He came the same day and diagnosed some critical issues and some that could wait. Fixed the whole thing up the same day and now it's running like new. Highly recommend.
